To run Netviewer 121 participant, please go to :
ftp://ftp.filtered.co.uk/software_updates/netviewer/NV_o2o_Participant_en.exe.
This tool is an new feature for Filtered Support use. This will allow the Filtered Technical Support team to assist Filtered Users with any technical issues they may have.
When using the Netviewer from this site, you will be prompted if you wish to 'Open' or 'Save' the file. Please click on 'Open'. Please note that this will not install any files on your machine.
