Search profile creation is very easy with drop down boxes for selection, a built in dictionary facility, on-line CPV codes and descriptions (for searching and selecting) and sophisticated cross referencing of keywords. With extensive integrity checking these features greatly reduce the chances of errors in the subscriber profiles.

From the search profile, Filtered calculates the relevancy of each match it finds. To assist both the TED monitoring officer and the subscribing company, the match is given a relevancy weighting of between Excellent and Very Poor.
